Dan Pappas
So for this one we are rolling with Dan Pappas. This 16 year old gnar dog is nothing short of impressive. He is a casual killer and anything but a casual guitarist (kid will solo your face!!!). For this entry we just a had lil flatbar session and then followed it up with a quick interview where Dan bares all.
Hope This Works

Dillon Buss
So for this entry we have Dillon Buss. This kid is crazy. Not only is he an amazing skateboarder but he also has a full plate of art, film making, interpritive dancing, shakespearian plays, and whatever else he can think of. All in all though he is an amazing guy and without a doubt Gnartsy material.
Enjoy!

10 Questions With Dillon Buss
1. Alright lets get the basics name, age, where you call home, whos hookin you up ect.
My names Dillon Buss, I’m 19 years old, born on the West Coast (Cali), raised in the East. I reside on Cape Cod. My sponsors are Circa Footwear(flow), Alien Workshop (flow), Baystate wheels, and The Boarding House!
2. Sick so lets talk about what made you want to skate and how that all started
My first memory was about when I was five. I was in a car when I looked out my window; there was a skateboarder going about the same speed of the car, so he was pretty much cruising along side of me!Then all of a sudden he popped the dopest ollie off a bump from a sidewalk! It was a floater, you had to see it. Thats when I knew I was going to skate. After that when I was a little older, my parents got me “Strip Mall Heros”, a Bones Brigade tour video with Steve Caballero, Danny Wainwright, Jon Comer, and Giorgio Zattoni. That got me fired up to shred the gnar for sure. My friends skated as well, and they were a huge influence on me.
3. So besides skating you also like to make films. Tell us about that
Yea I love to make films, I’ve been making films since I was a little guy, instead of spending my summer vacations outside when I was younger, I would be in my room filming stop animation videos with GI Joes and an old VHS camera (laughs). But now im psyched to say that I’ll be going to MassArt next year for film, which I can’t wait for. Film is a great medium, you can use so many tools to express yourself. Music, sound affects, lighting, almost anything. Its all very important. To me, I find art and skateboarding to be the same exact thing, I love em both (laughs).
4. Whats with the swan?
(Laughs) dude everything!! But really I have no idea, It’s a little clip that my good friend Nate Dean made randomly one night. It’s so nuts, everybody must check that out right away (laughs) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sQfPlJA9Hk0
5. Alright whats with the dancing?
Dancing? dancing’s awesome. Skateboarding’s kind of like dancing. I guess you could say I like to dance. Everyone should dance.
6. Coke or Pepsi?
Coke for sure. I don’t know whats up with Pepsi, its a strange, and alien- like mixture.
7. So besides skating, makin wacky movies, and dancing what else do you have in schedual?
(laughs) I’ve been making all sorts of music actually. I play a few instruments; the guitar, Keyboard, Ukelele and I occasionally drum. I’ve been compiling songs and hopefully I’ll be making a cd by the end of the summer. Ive just been working on random projects here and there, having fun, skating when I can (laughs)
8. Do you Get Gnartsy on the daily?
you know it!
9. Would you like a Hot Pocket?
Only if you get Jim (Gaffigan) to sit down and have one with me (laughs) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jFFTwnYXI20
